We’re in-network for many major health insurance plans and out-of network for several others. We also provide our services fee-for-service
Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy & Wellness has information about fees and insurance, as well as, low-cost models, but please contact us with any questions. Learn more about our services and professional rates, but we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn about what is in-network for the following health insurance plans. Most session “hours” are 45 or 53 minutes, depending on the insurer’s policy, client request and treatment plan.
We recommend that you contact your insurance company to make sure that your plan doesn’t require prior authorization. Also, please confirm that your particular therapist is covered by your plan when you make your first appointment.
If you don’t see your plan listed above, check with your insurance company about its out-of-network benefit policy. Then ask us to submit to your health insurance plan an out-of-network claim on your behalf.
Fee for service
Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy & Wellness charges $225 for an initial intake and $160 for a 53-minute session for fee-for-service clients who choose to pay out of pocket. This fee applies to individual, couples and family therapy sessions. Fees for group sessions may vary.
Clients may make their co-pay, deductible, co-insurance or fee-for-service payments using check, cash, Visa, MasterCard or Health Saving/Reimbursement Account (HSA/HRA) debit card. Each is due at time of service. Failure to pay at time of service may result in suspension of treatment.
Credit and Debit Cards
A 3% fee applies to all credit card and HSA/HRA debit card transactions.
