I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples & families. I’ve been formally trained in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), certified in Critical Incident Stress Management and Critical incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) in disaster response/with First Responders; Refugee Mental Health diagnosis, evaluation, and cultural sensitivities. I work extensively with members of the LGBTQ population as well.
Additional training and experience in the fields of trauma, neurology, attachment, and development have allowed me to integrate holistic and strengths-based approaches, including creative expressions of art, nature, family and personal narrative, music, yoga, body movement, and play to help people heal, grow, and learn new ways of coping with their symptoms.
