From time to time, everyone experiences emotions or behaviors that interfere with living our lives to the fullest. Whether the result of life stressors, situational factors or chronic mental/ physical health conditions, it is possible to cope with whatever you are facing. Together we can work on recognizing triggers and developing more effective responses to them. I believe you are the expert on your life. I encourage you to take the lead in our work together. My role is to listen to you and to collaborate with you on a plan of action to achieve your goals.

My therapy dog, Jasper, often works with me and may join sessions (with client permission). Flexible hours and crisis appointments are available for new and established clients. The building is handicapped accessible and there is complimentary valet parking
