Rachel believes when given a safe and supportive place to explore our experiences and ourselves, we have the ability to gain awareness of our potential. As a therapist, she strives to encourage autonomy, advocacy and personal growth within the individuals that she has the opportunity to work with.

She is passionate about working with individuals to address concerns with substance use, traumatic experiences, coming out and exploring gender and religious trauma. She is polyam/kink aware and enjoys working within the LGBTQIA+ communities.

She believes antiracism is a lifelong actionable journey, and is committed to engaging in this work. She is a European-american, cisgender, bisexual, polyam, able-bodied individual, using she/her pronouns.

She primarily works with adults. She operates from a Humanistic therapeutic approach, to provide an environment conducive to progress toward your goals in therapy. She has certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy and is also EMDR trained, these modalities primarily serve to address trauma.
