Being human can be a vulnerable experience that doesn’t always have clear directions or a road map. It can be beautiful, joy-filled, challenging, confusing, simple, complex and sometimes downright painful!
Painful experiences can leave us feeling fractured or cause us to disown certain emotions or even parts of who we are. In therapy we can learn to nurture these parts of ourselves and move towards wholeness, authenticity, and healing.
