My passion for women’s health led me to work with women and their partners as they struggled with infertility… I know the ins and outs of infertility as well as treatment which included ovarian stimulation, intrauterine insemination and IVF.
Understanding the importance of your background and how it has impacted your current symptoms and strengths, I am here to offer nonjudgmental expertise while shaping a unique solution for you. After meeting with me, I hope you will feel listened to and have a plan to start feeling lighter and happier in your day to day life.
I practice with a philosophy centered on inclusiveness and the belief that all people should have access to healthcare, have choices for their care and have the information they need to make informed decisions about their care.
Mental health is difficult to pin down precisely, but I’m partial to the World Health Organization’s definition: A state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.
I believe that mental health issues are neither a choice nor a fault—people are doing the best they can with the resources they have.
