One of my main goals as a therapist is to create a safe place where people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts without judgment. I know that it can be difficult to seek help and I want to do my best in helping people feel comfortable doing so.

When doing therapy I mainly use a combination of, Strength Based, Client-Centered and Solution-Focused approaches.
