Alisa Cohen

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

With over 15 years in the field, she has extensive experience working in various clinical settings as a both a direct care provider and program director.

Alisa is a dually licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and substance use (LADC) professional.  With over 15 years in the field, she has extensive experience working in various clinical settings as a both a direct care provider and program director.  She utilizes a relational, patient-centered approach that involves self-inquiry, acceptance and behavior modification to provide an integrated skill and insight building experience.  Alisa works with patients across the life span and believes it’s never too early or too late to heal and fortify the self.  While she is passionate about working with individuals with existing mental health concerns, she is also inspired by and enjoys working with individuals around maintaining and improving overall health.  During her free time Alisa enjoys traveling, endurance sports and live music.
