Zoe is a pre-licensed master’s level practitioner who firmly believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Zoe aims to create a warm and judgment-free zone by utilizing a person-centered approach with a social justice lens, Health at Every Size principles, humor, and an array of mindfulness, self-care, and self-compassion tools. Zoe believes the therapeutic relationship is a partnership that learns and grows together.

Zoe is dedicated to the practices of decolonizing therapy, unlearning normative values, and staying curious and humble about new information and perspectives. She is pursuing certification in Intuitive Eating as well as continuing education surrounding gender-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care.
