Lubasha Heredia, MA - Pre-Licensed Practitioner, under supervision

She/Her/Hers

Locations: Telehealth; The Lakeside Center

Lubasha Heredia is a compassionate, curious, and insightful therapist who believes meaningful change is possible when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. She views therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients gain perspective, build new skills, and find a path forward through life’s challenges.

Lubasha works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to more severe and persistent mental illnesses. Her approach is person-centered, with therapy guided by each client’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals. She is EMDR-trained and draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

With empathy, cultural humility, and genuine curiosity, Lubasha strives to create a space where clients can show up as they are, feel truly heard, and be supported as they move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to them.

Lubasha is working under the licensed supervision of Christina Rates, while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
