Elena works with clients who hope to ease their troubles of navigating an ever-changing world. Her clients are primarily adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She is here to help strengthen communication, cultivate meaningful relationships, and improve coping abilities.

Elena’s methods are holistic, client-centered, and social justice-oriented. Her practice focuses on client strengths through narrative and empowerment-based approaches. Each client is met with unique and collaborative treatment plans based on the client’s experiences, background, and therapeutic goals.

Elena is working under the supervision of Leah Bonine, MSW, LICSW, while pursuing clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
