As Clinical Director at LynLake, Jackie Getchius, MA, LPCC, oversees the psychotherapy and psychiatric teams, including all psychotherapists, nurse practitioners, and the supervision program including interns, pre-licensed providers, and clinical supervisors. She ensures that each clinician receives the support, mentorship, and oversight needed to deliver high‑quality, ethical, and client‑centered care. Jackie’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and a genuine passion for helping clinicians feel confident, capable, and connected in their work.

For nearly two decades, Jackie has dedicated her career to supporting clients and clinicians through compassionate, evidence‑based psychotherapy and thoughtful clinical leadership. As a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, Jackie has worked across multiple levels of care and owned and operated a private practice focusing on women's care through the lifespan.
