I am currently accepting new clients. Clients working with me can come as they are. My goal is to provide the education, tools, and support needed to help you move forward in your personal process. I work with adults and teens, offering support across a wide range of areas including mental health therapy, substance use disorders, trauma, relationships and attachment, communication, hypnotherapy, smoking cessation, healthy lifestyle, phobias, and confidence building. Hypnotherapy is a central part of my practice, helping clients access deeper levels of change in a focused and effective way. With a background as a life coach and hypnotist since 2010, a substance use disorder counselor since 2017, and as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2025, I bring a diverse and integrated approach to therapy.
I see counseling as a collaborative process where I act as your ally, helping guide and facilitate meaningful progress toward your goals. I utilize a range of approaches beginning with a person-centered foundation with options for using hypnotherapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I appreciate considering multiple aspects of treatment, including biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of who you are. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can bring what you need to bring to therapy for your reasons. I believe in loving and caring for people, along with throwing in some humor in therapy. I feel honored to work alongside every client in every session, and to witness you and your life in motion.
