I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself—without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. I often work with clients who are navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions, and who are ready (even if a little nervously) to explore their inner world more deeply. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, and together we create a space where they can slow down, process, and begin to make sense of what they’re carrying.
My approach is intuitive, relational, and gently challenging. I integrate a variety of methods—including cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, person-centered, somatic, and solution-focused techniques—based on what each individual needs. I value honest, meaningful conversation and often help clients “connect the dots” in ways that bring clarity and insight. I also offer faith integration for those who desire it, while always respecting each person’s comfort and preferences.
I believe healing often involves the courage to face what’s hard, rather than avoid it. My role is to walk alongside you in that process—offering support, perspective, and reflection—so you don’t have to do it alone. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling seen, understood, and more equipped to move forward with confidence, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of hope.
