Rob is a psychotherapist and psychologist who works with adults who want help with addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, dual diagnosis issues, sexual concerns, relationship issues, grief, abuse issues, and family of origin issues.

In addition to formal training, Rob has sought to build his skills by attending a two-year program in psychoanalytic psychology, a two-year program in Gestalt Psychology, and additional training in AEDP Level I (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). Rob seeks to help others heal themselves by increasing awareness of the body and the whole self. Rob practices mindfulness meditation and has experience with DBT skills training.
