Mental health concerns can be as confusing as trying to follow a French recipe when you don’t speak French. Let’s translate the recipe for life into words you understand and bon appétit!

Rob is currently working with children 10+, adolescents, teens, adults and couples who are seeking a space for guidance, and encouragement.

Rob’s approach is to assist you in processing and understanding your thought patterns so that you can identify and put into practice real solutions. This is done through a blend of different therapeutic orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and psychodynamic modalities.

Whether you or a loved one struggle with a history of trauma, substance use, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship concerns, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, lonely, or you are wanting to learn effective coping strategies and communication skills, Rob’s focus is to ensure that you feel supported, heard, and that each session feels productive.

Lasting change is attainable.

Rob obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and completed his Master’s in Clinical Psychology degree at Crown College in St. Bonifacius Minnesota.

Outside of the mental health profession, Rob enjoys playing music, cooking, making maple syrup, spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and hiking.
