Sarah believes that therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, curiosity, and genuine human connection. She views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and strives to cultivate an environment where individuals feel understood, respected, and supported. Sarah approaches each person with warmth, authenticity, and compassion, recognizing that every individual brings a unique perspective, values, and lived experience. She believes that therapy offers the opportunity to develop greater self-understanding, foster resilience, and navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and intention.
Sarah integrates a neuroscience-informed and holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health and well-being are influenced by the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors. She provides individualized, evidence-based care informed by a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and strengths-based interventions. Sarah thoughtfully adapts treatment to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals. She primarily works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, identity development, and life transitions, with a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and providing LGBTQ+-affirming care.
Sarah is working under the licensed supervision of Laurie Moser, MA, LMFT, while she pursues licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
