She works with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and other mental health challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. She draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ERP for OCD, and trauma-focused interventions, tailoring therapy to each client's unique experiences, needs, and goals.

She believes therapy should be a space where you feel safe, respected, understood, and accepted. Her goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand you and your experiences, and work alongside you toward meaningful and lasting change.
