At our Union Plaza location, you can expect a welcoming environment designed for your comfort and convenience. As you enter the lobby, you'll find comfortable furniture where you can relax before your appointment. Your therapist will meet you in the lobby when it's time for your session to start. Our offices are located on the 5th floor, accessible via elevator from the lobby.

After the appointment request form is completed, our Referrals Team will work to find a respective wellness provider who is the right therapeutic fit for your specific needs and preferences.Your First Appointment
Once you're paired with a therapy or wellness provider, they'll contact you directly. This initial contact allows you to get acquainted, ensure the fit is right, and begin scheduling your first appointment.
